Paul Cleden

Paul Cleden works as an illustrator and printmaker using a number of printmaking techniques throughout his work: linocuts, multiblock and reduction prints and more recently a more fluid mixture of callograph, monoprint and etchings. Paul Cleden is best know for his sporting themes, capturing the movement and symmetry of sport so elegantly. The work of artists such as Michael Rothenstein, Edward Bawden, Cyril Power and Lill Tschudi have played a vital part in the development of his printmaking.
