Douglas Phillips

Dougla Phillips was born in Dundee in 1926. Douglas studied at Dundee College of Art before Military Service with the Army in India and Ceylon. He worked as an illustrator until 1966 and has since been a full time painter and book illustrator. Douglas taught at Dundee Art Centre, Dundee College of Commerce and has had numerous exhibitions throughout the UK and internationally.
